To tackle these challenges in the ongoing advancement of lithium-ion forklifts, LTMG's technical team proactively investigates creative remedies. As a result, they have officially introduced the 3~3.5-ton high-voltage lithium-ion forklift, aimed at enhancing the dependability and steadfastness of lithium-ion forklifts in diverse work settings.
This advanced forklift combines the advantages of conventional lithium-ion forklifts, such as rapid charging, low emissions, and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, it incorporates a three-system constant temperature control technology, ensuring optimal working temperatures even in extreme conditions. It can operate normally in temperatures as low as -30°C and as high as 60°C. Moreover, the forklift demonstrates exceptional waterproof performance, boasting an IP67 rating. This guarantees its functionality in adverse weather conditions and heavy rain, preventing water infiltration that could otherwise damage the equipment or cause downtime. As a result, users can expect a more reliable operational experience.
After being manufactured, the forklift underwent a comprehensive set of demanding tests to simulate various conditions. These tests included simulations of rainfall, extreme temperatures ranging from -30°C to 60°C, high-altitude conditions at 4000 meters, and environments with high concentrations of dust (4mg/m3). The forklift demonstrated exceptional performance and stability throughout these tests, proving its reliability and ability to operate reliably in a wide range of extreme environments.
