Located in Tai'an City, Shandong Province, the LTMG Shandong Factory boasts a picturesque setting, being the home of Mount Tai, one of China's most famous scenic spots. As spring arrived, the LTMG Shandong Factory organized a trip to Mount Tai for all its employees to strengthen their teamwork spirit, as well as to provide them with a chance to unwind.

On March 26, 2023, at 8:00 am, all the employees gathered at the foot of Mount Tai and played a warm-up game before beginning the climb. During the ascent, everyone supported and motivated each other, demonstrating excellent teamwork. While facing the physical and mental challenges of climbing the world's highest peak, the staff encouraged each other, helped each other through the winding mountain roads, and finally reached the main peak of Mount Tai at 3:00 pm.

At the summit of Mount Tai, the employees enjoyed the stunning views and engaged in several team-building activities. Sitting together, they shared their experiences and feelings, with many expressing that they rarely had the opportunity to visit Mount Tai even though it was in their city. Everyone felt free from the hustle and bustle of urban life and work pressure, relaxing in the fresh air and building camaraderie.

The Mount Tai trip not only exposed the employees to the grandeur of nature but also strengthened their teamwork and cohesion. The employees of the LTMG Shandong Factory felt that the experience of Mount Tai would be forever etched in their memories, and they looked forward to more such events in the future.
